Spinach, Mushroom & Tomato Pizzaaaaaa! :D

Ooohhhh pizza, I love you <3 
With some Daiya cheese left to use up, & a craving for some yummy pizza goodness, this recipe was born. One of the best parts is you don't have to prepare a crust, & it's thin and gluten-free. Perfect for us poor University students, this pizza was easy to prepare, quick to cook, & delicious to nosh. Make it. Now.

From my kitchen to yours <3

1 gluten-free tortilla shell
1/4 cup pasta sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp oregano, dried
2 tsp basil, dried
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
5 white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup Daiya cheese

Directions:1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Place gluten-free tortilla shell on an oven-safe pizza pan. Spread pasta sauce evenly, & sprinkle minced garlic, oregano & basil on top.
3) Add spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes, spreading ingredients equally.
4) Lastly, top with Daiya cheese. Bake in oven for 8-12 minutes, or until Daiya is melting & edges of tortilla shell are browning.
5) Eat every last morsel :)
