Curried Cheesy Tomato Pasta

The best part about raw pasta? You can make it taste like anything <3

My passion for raw pasta has definitely not fizzled, and our love is no secret. We continue to meet almost daily, and I always feel so fulfilled after.

"Oh baby, you're so good to me..."

...*ahem* Anyhoo, I've been playing around with different spices and toppings to keep it interesting. This is one of my new faves that gives me a little curry kick & cheesy love all at once ;) Enjoy, foodies!

From my kitchen to yours <3

1 large zucchini, spiralized
1/4 cup organic tomato sauce
3 tbs nutritional yeast
3-4 pinches curry powder
1 pinch cumin
sliced veggies for topping, whatever you choose! I went with mushies :)

1) Toss all ingredients together.
2) Fall in love <3

I haven't had veggie pasta in forever!! I'm going to have to pull out my spiralizer!
