Berry-licious Kale Smoothie

Ohhhhhh my! I made this with the intent that it would be a mostly veggie smoothie, and because of the kale, I expected it to be at least a little bitter. Ummm, noooooope, it wasn't :) What actually stood out was the berries!! Delicious, delicious! I know the picture doesn't do it justice, but trust me on this one. I made this as an after-work snack both yesterday & today. First I used kale, and then today I used a cup of packed mixed greens. Both ways are fantasticly delicious. No complaints here. As Melissa Ramos (Chinese medicine practitioner & creator of Sexy Food Therapy) calls it; liquid gold. Yep, this stuff will keep your body & mind healthy & strong, and it tastes friggin' amazing. So drink it!

**In case you're following my video blogs and wondering about my cleanse (I am finishing Day 2 of 28), there wasn't much different today, so that's why I didn't post a vid. That, and the fact that I worked a 12 hour day and kinda just want to go to bed :) But all in all, my mood has been positive, I've felt energetic, and I have yet to battle a craving. I did, however, have a few cramps and what felt like bloating (though I didn't look bloated). That's okay, though; I can deal with tummy discomfort. Also, maybe it's because I ate so much yesterday, but I wasn't very hungry today. I ate 6 times yesterday, and only 4 today. Soooo, I guess the nutrient density is filling me up? Anyhoo, still lovin' this cleanse :)**

RECIPE TIME! :D

1 scoop Vega
1/2 bunch green kale (or 1 cup mixed greens, packed)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
