Mexican Pina Colada Smoothie w/ Greeeeeens!

I was honestly never a big fan of pina coladas. When I went to Mexico in March, my family drank those while I drank my Tequila Sunrises. They were raving about them, though, so I had a sip...ummmmm, WOW!! They were so amazing! You know why?? Because Mexicans put Kahlua in their pina coladas! Uh huh, that's right. Kahlua. I was instantly hooked. (In case you're wondering, yes, Kahlua is vegan. It does not have cream, like Bailey's.)
I have missed having pina coladas. And it's not even so much for the alcohol, just the taste. Soooo with that in mind, I made a new smoothie :) And it is incredible!!
Minimizing the greens will make it look & taste more "authentic," but I'm a green freak (you'll probably want at least 1/2 cup, though, to enhance the other flavours). I like to stuff as many greens as I can into every smoothie. If you want to live a long, beautiful & vibrant life, you should green your foods, too.
Because I'm aware that not everyone loves greens as much as I do, I am recommending that you start off with 1/2 cup to 1 cup & go from there. I typically stuff about 3-4 cups in all of my smoothies. I don't have beautiful skin & hair because of fast food, that's for sure ;) Think about it.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water (you can use coconut water if you wish)
1 scoop Vega
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup fresh, raw coconut
2 tbs raw cacao powder
1-4 cups greens (spinach, kale, your choice! dooooooo it!!)

Directions:
1) Blend! Drink, enjoy, be beautiful.

P.S. If you really want to....sneak in a little Malibu & Kahlua ;) Just make sure it's not before work or driving.
